Separate the layers
NL-SBB concerns the description of concepts. MIM structures information models. DCAT-AP-NL describes datasets and catalogues. Connecting these layers helps a reader move from a business term to a model and then to a discoverable dataset, while retaining the purpose of each profile.
Make the relationship explicit
A shared name does not make two objects equivalent. Record identifiers, relationships and provenance explicitly. A concept can describe the meaning of a model element; a catalogue entry can point to a dataset that implements that model. Those links can be inspected in the knowledge graph.
Three separate reviews
Keep profile validation, Indentia quality checks and steward review separate. A structural check can find missing fields, while a steward determines whether a definition makes sense in its domain. Neither automatically proves conformance with all three profiles.
An application framework, not a conformance badge
The current work defines an application framework for these profiles and their validation boundaries. The architecture is under review; complete runtime and shape validation have not been established. Use a representative concept, model and catalogue entry to verify the mapping before making a conformance claim.
